Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CLOSR (the "Service"), operated by CLOSR ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering a binding contract, and not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• You will not use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• You will not use the Service to make unsolicited calls in violation of the TCPA, the Do Not Call registry, or any other applicable telemarketing law.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
• You will obtain any required consent before recording or transcribing any call, including consent under two-party-consent state laws (CA, FL, IL, etc.).

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Content and data

You retain ownership of training transcripts, profile data, and other content you submit. You grant us a license to host, transmit, and display this content solely to operate the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

6. Marketplace

The marketplace lets reps and businesses discover each other. We are not a party to any engagement, hiring decision, or contract between reps and businesses, and we make no warranties about either side.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AI outputs are best-effort suggestions, not professional sales, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
