We do not sell your personal information.

Recordings and consent

Live calls may be transcribed. If you initiate a live call, you are responsible for obtaining consent from the other party where required by law (including two-party- consent states such as California, Florida, and Illinois).

Data retention

We retain account and transcript data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, which removes your profile and transcripts. Some records may be retained for billing, audit, or legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Email hi@closr.app to exercise these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data — encrypted transport, encrypted storage at rest, row-level security on every database table, and least- privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, email support@closr.app.

Children

CLOSR is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
